2. Hosting

The Site and the Creapost application are hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States). Application data is stored by Supabase Inc. in data centers located in the European Union (eu-west-1 region). Generated files and visuals are stored with Wasabi Technologies Inc.

3. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, structure) are the exclusive property of MRR CREATIVE AGENCY LTD, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by applicable copyright law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Access to the Site grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Site for personal or internal professional purposes, in compliance with this legal notice and our Terms of Sale. This license does not in any way constitute a transfer of the intellectual property rights mentioned above.

The name "Creapost" and its logo are distinctive elements of MRR CREATIVE AGENCY LTD. The trademarks mentioned on the Site (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, etc.) belong to their respective owners; Creapost is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

4. Access and usage terms

By accessing the Site and creating a Creapost account, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you will provide accurate and up-to-date information, that you are not a minor, and that you will not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties.

The following are in particular prohibited: automated data extraction (scraping), any attempt to bypass the Site's security measures, identity theft, sending unwanted content (spam) and, more generally, any use likely to harm the proper functioning of the Site or the rights of other users.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, the social networks on which Creapost lets you publish content). MRR CREATIVE AGENCY LTD has no control over these third-party sites and disclaims any liability regarding their content, practices or privacy policy.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
